Capable of holding tolerances to ten millionths of an inch (.00001”), the Yasda CNC Jig Bore machines at Advance Mfg. Co., Inc. offer the ultimate in precision and accuracy. They utilize laser tool checking to verify proper tool offset and length; they have glycol cooling throughout the casting that controls the environment, preventing thermal distortion and further ensuring accuracy.
