Our designated assembly area accommodates complex and upper level assemblies, large and small, some of which are integrated with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic sub-assemblies. We can also handle Bill of Materials (BOM) from two pieces to thousands.

Our assembly area results in another cost-saving, turn-key solution for our customers.

In addition to our conventional assembly area, Advance now has an expansive, state-of-the-art, hi tech building that is designated specifically for large assembly.

This facility is located in-house, and allows us to accommodate multiple large-scale projects including assemblies that:

•  Weigh up to 20,000 pounds
•  Incorporate thousands of components
•  Require the use of 10-ton cranes
•  Accommodate hydraulic sub-assemblies.
